The Training centre started in 2007 with the dream of developing skilled workers for Henred Fruehauf as well as contributing to the community that we operate in. We have since grown to be an established centre known for quality training and development.
We are accredited by the Quality Council for Trade & Occupations (QCTO) under the name of our Holding Company Route Management (Pty) Ltd, to offer training programs in the following Trades: Vehicle Body Builder and Welder.
Our training course are aimed at young, energetic candidates looking to start a career in the field of manufacturing with focus being on the practical aspect of welding.
